LONDON WALKING TOURS
Welcome to Brasilian Guide London
London has so much to offer beyond the well-known tourist attractions. For those keen to explore more than just “scratch the surface” and explore, a rich and rewarding experience awaits. My walks take you to, and beyond, all the familiar sights. Along with the globally famous attractions, we’ll also venture into a more secret world of old streets, hidden alleyways, and ancient courtyards.
London’s streets are permeated with history, and the best way to discover what they have to offer is on foot. Walking helps you to make sense of the great cultural and geographical sprawl that is Britain’s capital. But you might need a guide to help you explore and make the most of your time in this great metropolis.
Hello, I'm Vania.
London Blue Badge Tourist Guide.
I am a fully qualified Blue Badge London Tourist Guide, City of London, City of Westminster, St Paul's Cathedral, Windsor and Eton Accredited Guide, and Hampton Court Palace Guide.
I moved from Brazil to London in 1989, and having fallen in love with the city, I decided to change profession to become a guide. I greatly enjoy showing tourists from all over the globe in both English and Portuguese.
My tours are informative and fun, and I can tailor them to suit your requirements, whether you want to visit Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, art galleries, museums, parks, or the shops and entertainment venues of Covent Garden and Soho. These tours can be adapted to suit first-time visitors or keen London enthusiasts, and I can deliver personalised tours and experiences for families, companies, and organisations.
Unique tours in English or Portuguese
I was born in Porto Alegre, Southern Brazil, where I first gained a degree in Nursing at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, followed by a Bachelor's in Law and Social Sciences at the same university. I moved to London in 1989, and from 1990 to 2014, I worked as a nurse in Clinical Research.
Since moving here, I have enjoyed exploring and learning about London, its history, art, architecture, and its people, and my natural curiosity and passion for the city have led me to take every opportunity to further my knowledge of it. I especially enjoy showing London to international visitors, but I am constantly striving to design walks that would be of interest to all.

My Tours
London Walking Tours
The best way to explore London is on foot. These tours are informative, interesting, and very enjoyable.
You may want to choose an area to explore or prefer a themed tour. For the first-time visitor, I recommend the City of Westminster, home to some of the best-known attractions, including Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. If you have time, I also recommend a walking tour in the City of London, aka the ‘Square Mile’, the financial district and the place where London began 2000 years ago! St Paul's Cathedral is in the City
Tours outside of London
Choose between the university city of Oxford, the beautiful
and the typical English countryside of the Cotswolds, the birthplace of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon or Windsor, where we will find the favourite residence of Queen Elizabeth II, Windsor Castle.
These are some of the places for a day tour outside and around London. The means of transport to the location will vary from train to boat to a car with a driver.
We can have lunch at a traditional English pub and end the day with a delicious afternoon tea!
London Tourist Attractions
and Museums
London has an unparalleled number of famous museums, galleries, and historic attractions. I will select the highlights and must-see works of art in these museums and galleries, showing you everything in a historical and artistic context.
If you are particularly interested in art, I can suggest several tours visiting some of the most important collections, as well as some less well-known but equally exciting ones.
If you have a particular interest, please let me know - London has many specialised museums such as the fascinating Foundling Museum, the UK’s first children’s charity and public art gallery, Handel Hendrix House, and a museum dedicated to the history of transport.
